To Whom It May Concern:

Quality First Builders came to my rescue August 5, 2005, when a giant oak tree fell on my house and smashed it. I am a 70 year old single person with not a lot of backup family in Florida, only my daughter.

Quality First was on the scene the day after the accident and did not leave my side for eight months until the house was totally rebuilt.

I sit in amazement that I now have a beautiful “new” home. The home was rebuilt exactly as it had been. (As the project manager told me it would), I don’t think I really believed him. Of course, all the new code items are now incorporated.

During the entire process I was kept advised, and made an integral part of what was going on. All of the contractors I found to be excellent in their work and impeccable with detail. In addition, they were extremely kind and friendly. I felt I had been adopted as “Mom” or “Granny”!

The crew did not press the fact that a tragedy had happened, but, rather, looked at it in a different light, letting me know that something really wonderful was going to come from this, as proved to be the case. The truth is, they made me feel as though I was the only person in the world with whom they were working.

Electricians, carpenters, painters, plumbers, all kept coming back until everything was perfect.

In the beginning, the project manager told me I would be back in my home March 30, 2006. That was the exact date I spent my first night there.

Honest, square dealing and up front. Concerned and with a work ethic hard to find in this day and time. That is Quality First Builders. I would instantly recommend them for any project.
